YOWZA!!!

I almost never bother to review - well, actually, I dont think I have EVER bothered to review an app, but I had to write in and thank the makers for this one. Ive searched high and low for a good fireplace emulator (would have settled for decent), but all Ive ever found were so-so graphics looped embarrassingly badly and sound like crackly plastic cups crunched in my hands.

Until now.

This fireplace is so real, I almost felt the heat on my face. It looks and sounds more like video of a fireplace looped so seamlessly that I almost fell asleep watching before I caught the skip signalling it had looped back. This is a completely realistic emulation - the flickering flames mesmerized me, startling me every now and then when a log popped and spit a flaming piece of itself at the glowing embers underneath the pile. The sound was perfectly in sync with the image on screen. I was even able to play my smoky jazz low in the background. I couldnt have asked for a better experience - Id pay many more times what I did. This IS a fireplace, sans the mess and heat. Trust someone too lazy to ever bother reviewing and buy this. Youll be so glad you did.
